Corridor-enhancement pressure

RRI's existing record raises concern that corridor standards could restrict common rural-property features or push targeted areas toward suburban design expectations.

  • Which parcels and features are in scope?
  • What existing uses would become nonconforming?
  • What official text governs the change?

Garden-home density risk

The campaign record notes that high-density language may return in revised form and calls for closer review of sewer, runoff, and infrastructure assumptions.

  • What density is allowed today and proposed?
  • Who owns and maintains sewer infrastructure?
  • What drainage analysis supports the plan?

Overlay-process transparency

RRI tracks notice practices and public access to the text, maps, packets, and revision history associated with future density or land-use changes.

  • When was the public given the complete text?
  • Are revisions visible and dated?
  • Is there meaningful time for public review?
